Transparent policies maintained for participant trust and merchant compliance.

1. Registration Validity: Registration is valid only for the named individual. Tickets are strictly non-transferable.

2. Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the global IEEE Code of Ethics. Disruptive behavior, cheating in hackathons, or harassment will result in immediate removal without refund.

3. Intellectual Property: Any ideas, algorithms, or code pitched during Track B or Track C remain the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of the student creators. Organizers may photograph/record the event for promotional purposes only.

4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

1. Data Collection: We collect essential information (Names, Contact Numbers, Email IDs, IEEE Member IDs, and Institutional details) solely for event logistics, access control, and certificate generation.

2. Data Usage & Sharing: Your data is used exclusively by IEEE Guntur Subsection and the event host institutions (Chalapathi & LBRCE). We strictly do not sell or rent data to third-party marketers.

3. Payment Security: All financial transactions are securely processed by Razorpay. The organizers do not process, store, or have access to your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.

Standard Policy Given the upfront costs for kits and meals based on headcounts, all registrations are strictly non-refundable once successfully processed.

Exceptions (Event Cancellation): If the entire event is cancelled by the IEEE Guntur Subsection organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be automatically initiated to the original payment source.

Duplicate Payments: In the case of an accidental double charge due to network failure, please contact our support email within 48 hours. Upon successful verification of gateway logs, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days via Razorpay dashboard.
